We pursue the well-known insight that quality only remains reliably good if it is constantly improved. That’s been our doctrine since 2012. We always work in direct and regular contact with our customers - trusted contact persons stay on and do not change. We cultivate a culture that forgives mistakes because, as is well known, only those who do little or nothing make no mistakes. In this context, we motivate our employees to break new ground in order to achieve their goals faster and more efficiently.
Our permanent staff includes, for example, an office clerk, a healthcare merchant and a business economist.
But we are able to rapidly and reliably supplement our permanent workforce if projects require outsourcing, out-tasking or on-site management.
